Out of the first 8 patches, I think all but #6 could go in if you're okay
with them. That would hopefully reduce Stefano's effort a little to
maintain them.

All of those that don't touch anything outside xen/*/*arm/ (and don't
depend on #6) could go in imo too. I didn't look too closely to tell
precisely which those are.
