S-O-B would seem too much (I didn't really write any code here, and
didn't touch the non-ia64 bits at all). An Acked-By would be okay, or
else you'd have to split the ia64 bits from the rest (and they could
really go in independently).

Btw., what's the take on getting at least the common code cleanup/
adjustment patches committed? I had recommended taking them
already after you had posted v5 (but now I'm glad they didn't get
committed without this ia64 issue addressed).
