Both of these are failing with:

Which is presumably a harness failure.

I'm not sure I 100% follow things but it seems that
"toolstack()->{CfgPathVar}" is going to be "xlpath" rather than
"cfgpath" but that Osstest.pm:selectguest is only setting up cfgpath.
