[Xen-devel] Hold off on Config.mk etc. patches (Re: [PATCH] build: add autoconf to replace custom checks in tools/check)

Can we please hold off on applying any further nontrivial Config.mk
changes pending Roger's autoconf series ?  Roger's series seems to
have bitrotted again even though I asked him to rebase it just earlier
this afternoon.

We'll need a day or two because I need to make an associated test
system change.
