[Xen-devel] need help to apply a patch

I am trying to apply the following patch: 
http://old-list-archives.xen.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2010-10/msg00284.html on top of 4.1.2 source code.

The issue is that sys/io.h is missing from the source tree and it is required for the declaration of ioperm() call.

Question is:

1. where do I find an appropriate sys/io.h file for the mini-os/posix? ...or...
2. can somebody help me to declare this method properly?
