Previous build with changeset 25326 was working

I have found the bug, is on this patch:
http://xenbits.xen.org/hg/xen-unstable.hg/rev/8dce7a4121b9
I tried removing this patch (hg backout -r 25364) solves the problem
Well, by removing patch 25364, it also works on compiling Xen 4.2-unstable rev-25388

Have to admit, i am glad i read this as now i can actually compile Xen 4.2-unstable again... SO, i have to say Thank you.... :)

I know the xen-devel is working on all this, BUT at least now I don't have to wait around and can continue figuring out xen...
