[Xen-devel] Error : regarding booting of xenified linux kernel

hi all,

I have a problem regarding booting of xenified linux kernel,the error
is some thing like this.

Bug:soft lockup CPU#1 stuck for 111's! [swapper:0]
Call Trace:
    [<xxxxxxx>] ? xen_safe_halt
    [<xxxxxxx>]   xen_idle
    [<xxxxxxx>]   cpu_idle

if you have faced this problem and have a solution then plz tell me
regarding this issue that how to solve it.
