I think if ether is going to require such an ancient version of Xen then
it is only fair that they pickup the burden of supporting their users.

http://ether.gtisc.gatech.edu/contact.html suggests that
http://groups.google.com/group/ether-devel is the place to go.

I don't think it is reasonable to expect the Xen.org community to
support old releases indefinitely. Sorry.
