I've checked and NetBSD doesn't use XEN_DOMCTL_PFINFO_PAGEDTAB, so as
Andres says I guess it's safe to remove it.

Well, I'm sure the NetBSD community would be interested in this, but
finding someone to actually work on it is a whole different story...
