[Xen-devel] [PATCH 01/18 V2 RESEND] PVH xen: turn gdb_frames/gdt_ents into union



NOTE: This is a resend of V2 using git send-email. 

PVH only needs gdtaddr and gdtsz, so a union is created. There is no
functional code change in this patch.

Changes in V2: 
   - Add __XEN_INTERFACE_VERSION__
