I think earlier you were asked to open a new thread about this nested hvm issue.
Also you've not provided enough information:

        - What hardware are you using? Intel or AMD? Which CPU model?
        - Any errors in the hypervisor dmesg (xl dmesg) ? 
        - Any errors in qemu log files? 
        - Is it the xpmode guest that crashes, or is it the whole win7 that 
crashes?
        - etc
