I'll just say xen devel mailing list. The reason is I often get emails
about debugger and when I cc xen-devel, some people get upset about it!
I wanna say this so people can send from appropriate email that they
are OK with being public.

No. The ABIs are not as affected, thanks to pre-existing auto translate
mode. But, I suppose after all the patches are checked in, I can write
up something.
