The mainline port of Xen to ARM[0] requires virtualization extensions which I believe the Cortex A9 lacks. AFAIK only the Cortex A7 and A15 have them. There was a previous ARM PV port[1] (which I am not involved with) but it is effectively dead and I expect won't support anything so modern as an A9. Ian.
