From: Suravee Suthikulpanit <suravee.suthikulpanit@xxxxxxx> Fix assertion in __virt_to_maddr when starting nested SVM guest in debug mode. Investigation has shown that svm_vmsave/svm_vmload make use of __pa() with invalid address.
