[Xen-devel] [PATCH] x86/xsave: initialization improvements



- properly validate available feature set on APs
- also validate xsaveopt availability on APs
- properly indicate whether the initialization is on the BSP (we
  shouldn't be using "cpu == 0" checks for this)
