[Xen-devel] [PATCH OSSTEST 6/6] ts-debian-install: pass 'Mb' as memory size

The original code passed 'M' which triggers Debian bug #691320 in
Wheezy.

Passing 'Mb' should work both for Squeeze and Wheezy.
