Please provide a _full_ log and, in order to decipher things, a link
to the matching xen-syms or xen.efi (depending on the way you
boot - GrUB2 apparently being used, I'd guess it's the former we
need).

Also - how certain are both of you that the exact values used in
the overrides are valid? After all - if they aren't, we can't make
any guarantees that the system would work _at all_.
