I propose to grant a freeze exception for this series, assuming that
the final patch is acked and committed today or tomorrow.  Lack of
proper support for driver domains is a regression from xm/xend.  The
likely kind of bugs being introduced here aren't hard to find races,
but simple functionality problems (probably in hotplug script corner
cases).

Please (anyone) say if you object.
