Now I have figured out as bellow:

1. download ./tools/firmware/seabios-dir，./tools/qemu-xen-traditional-dir,./toos/qemu-xen-dir
2.modify tools/Makefile and remove action of qemu-xen-traditional-dir-find and qemu-xen-dir-find

I think you would be better off with the tarball releases then.
