[Xen-devel] 4.4.0 release -- libxl still says 4.3

I do not know if this is something that happens later, or should be fixed soon.

I know kexec changes says that the Xen interface is now 4.4 for kexec, but the 
library still says 4.3:

/usr/lib/libxenguest.so.4.3
/usr/lib/libxenguest.so.4.3.0
/usr/lib/libxenlight.so.4.3
