for access to sources you need account on bitbucket.org

for xen builds you need:
1. build dilos-illumos-gate - it will be the same instruction for xen-3.4 and 
xen-4.3 with different branches for sources.
2. build components/xen package at dilos-userland-review
3. build additional userland packages: libvirt, virtinst, url grabber, vdisk

For Xen-4.3 i'll add additional xen-43 component to userland and commit updated 
dilos-illumos-gate sources to branch 'xen4', because we need more updates on 
kernel side for new xen.

at this moment i tried to load PV guest, but it failed.
have to work with python scripts updates.

for development i'm using vmware esxi 5.5 with XEN as guest + serial output.

also i have fixed 'xl' output and now i have:
