This small series disentangles Xen-specific files in QEMU. PV and HVM guests related files are moved to corresponding locations. Build system is updated to reflect those changes. These patches are taken from my previous patches. I think they are quite safe to go in. So I drop the RFC tag and repost them for inclusion. Tested with usual Xen building runes, everything works as before. Wei.
