This script has, I'm afraid, far too much clone-and-hack from
ts-redhat-install.

I think you may need to make an Osstest/Redhat.pm module to contain
the parts which are common to these scripts but specific to
Redhat-family distros.  (Of course some of the commonality which is
not RH-family-specific should go into TestSupport.pm.)
