Apart from this I don't see anything else awry in your logs.

The fact that the model itself is crashing suggests, at least initially,
that this is a model issue rather than a Xen issue.

Is this a model which you have built yourself (e.g. with sgcanvas)?
Unfortunately I don't have access to those, only to the prebuilt FVP
models, currently I've got:

        
./models/FM000-KT-00026-r8p3-39rel0/models/Linux64_GCC-4.1/FVP_VE_Cortex-A15x1

        Fast Models [8.3.64 (Feb 19 2014)]

Does that correspond at all with what you are using?

It would be worth having a dig through the settings printed by $MODEL -l
and see if any of them can offer any more insight, e.g. increasing the
log level etc.
