[Xen-devel] [PATCH v7 08/12] xen/arm: rename GIC_IRQ_GUEST_PENDING to GIC_IRQ_GUEST_QUEUED



Rename GIC_IRQ_GUEST_PENDING to GIC_IRQ_GUEST_QUEUED and clarify its
meaning in xen/include/asm-arm/domain.h.
