[Xen-devel] [PATCH RESEND 0/1] libxl: introduce an option for disabling the non-O_DIRECT workaround

This is a rebase of Ian Jackson's submission on 2013-11-26 of a patch by
Stefano Stabellini.

This patch introduces a means of informing the toolstack that using direct io
can be safe in certain cases. These include local storage and certain types of
network-attached storage (including kernels that may have the retransmit bug
fixed).
