This is a bit odd.

The test before this one (guest-saverestore[0]) ended with:

This is failing in Osstest/DhcpWatch/leases.pm to find the IP address in
the leases db.

 is empty. That seems suspicious to me, since it must have worked earlier in 
the job. The host seems to be using the default watch method "leases dhcp3 
woking.cam.xci-test.com:5556". I get something sensible out of it just now so 
the issue must have been transient.

Is this just "woking is dodgy"? Or something else (perhaps dhcpd doesn't
update the leases file atomically?)

I'm inclined to suggest that leases.pm tries more than once. Or that
guest_await_dhcp_tcp doesn't treat failure of guest_check_ip as fatal
and continues polling.
