TBF, Patches are still RFC.

Also, either somehow related to this, or, if you want as a new separate
item (something like 'New Real-Time Scheduling'):

 Upstreaming bits of RT-Xen by Meng Xu, Sisu Xi
 RFC posted (v1)

Given the RFC status, I'd say this is fair, according to legend above.
