[Xen-devel] [PATCH v9 06/10] xen: introduce sched_move_irqs



Introduce sched_move_irqs: it calls arch_move_irqs and
evtchn_move_pirqs.
Replace calls to evtchn_move_pirqs with calls to sched_move_irqs.
