I've been a bit busy at the moment and haven't had a chance to retest all of 
this and get some solid issues.

One thing I've come across is the different type of installs I've been playing 
with.. Some with a filesystem on xvda, some with a filesystem on xvda1.

As it seems you can only give one grub.conf entry in the extra domu config 
line, I have another issue to look at.

When I get some more free time I'll see I'd I can turn something up ...
