Right, I submitted a patch a while ago to disable APIC power management for PV but it didn't get anywhere (needed a response from x86 maintainers)

Strangely enough, I don't remember seeing this error since then for some reason.

While this seems not to be critical (the system is running after the
restore) I assume disabling/enabling a local APIC on a pv-domain isn't
something we want to happen...
