Sorry I just meant that: +#define PAGE_HYPERVISOR_WC ((DEV_WC) | PTE_PRESENT ) should be just: +#define PAGE_HYPERVISOR_WC (DEV_WC | PTE_PRESENT ) etc, no need for the inner-()s.
