Perhaps AX_CHECK_PYTHON_FORTIFY_NOOPT should be a nop unless python-config is available? Or perhaps AX_CHECK_PYTHON_DEVEL should export PYTHON_CFLAGS etc which the fortify test should look at instead of invoking python-cofnig?
