It appears that power cycling baroque1 for 5 seconds didn't cause it
to actually reboot.  The serial log shows it having been left in some
kind of crashed state by the previous test.  baroque1 appears to be
working now so I think this probably means that 5s is marginal for
rebooting.  I have changed the database to specify 15s instead for
this pair of machines.
