Oops, you will also need to add a LIBXL_HAVE_SOCKET_BITMAP_ALLOC define
to libxl.h, there are several existing examples in there.

Note that nothing in libxl should actually use that #define (it is for
external applications to use).

With that done you can apply that ack.
