[Xen-devel] [PATCH Remus v1 0/8] Remus support for Migration-v2

This patchset implement the Remus support for Migration v2 but without
memory compressing.

PATCH 1-5: Some refactor and prepare work.
PATCH 6-7: The main Remus loop implement.
PATCH 8: Fix for Remus.
