We're being told that while on the server side the issue we're trying to work 
around is fixed starting with IvyBridge (another round of double checking is 
going on before we're going to remove the one IvyBridge ID that we're currently 
applying the workaround for), on the desktop side even Skylake still requires 
the workaround. Hence we need to add a whole bunch of desktop IDs.
