As to changing the RTDS scheduler from quantum driven to event driven
(in Hypervisor):
Dagaen sent the second version of patch that reflects Dario's comment
on the first version, last week;

As to supporting the configuration of per-vcpu parameters for RTDS
scheduler (in Toolstack):
Chong sent the third version that tackles the concerns and reflects
the discussion on the second version.
