HVM migration doesn't use set/getvcpucontext.

I would expect an HVMLite-based-PVH to follow suit and just use
set/gethvmcontext.

(In fact, while doing migration v2 I was half thinking of making PV
follow HVM suit somewhat, to simplify the toolstack side of things)
