Logo testing will also require some hardware resource and engineering time - alas the testing does require a bit of hand-holding. So I guess the question is whether having a logo tested and signed set of drivers for the community? The other simpler option would be for the Xen Project to just acquire an EV code signing cert and a dev centre account and then use the Microsoft portal to release-sign drivers.
