Yes, you just need to set consback to LIBXL__CONSOLE_BACKEND_IOEMU.
Replacing LIBXL__CONSOLE_BACKEND_XENCONSOLED with
LIBXL__CONSOLE_BACKEND_IOEMU in init_console_info is probably enough.
