Yes.

Note that this patch will conflict with http://lists.xenproject.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2015-12/msg02753.html (for 'case MSR_IA32_PEBS_ENABLE' in core2_vpmu_do_wrmsr()). I can rebase it on top of Brendan's if you prefer.
