[Xen-devel] [PATCH V16 4/6] libxl: add pvusb API



Add pvusb APIs, including:
 - attach/detach (create/destroy) virtual usb controller.
 - attach/detach usb device
 - list usb controller and usb devices
 - some other helper functions
