[Xen-devel] [PATCH v2 6/7] build: convert perfc{, _arrays} to Kconfig



Convert the 'perfc' and 'perfc_arrays' options to Kconfig as
CONFIG_PERF_COUNTERS and CONFIG_PERF_ARRAYS to minimize code changes.
