I still can't reproduce this issue:

root@earth:~# xl list
Name ID Mem VCPUs State Time(s)
Domain-0                                     0   794     4     r----- 219.8
jessie-hvm                                   6  1024    64     -b---- 146.5

My guest cfg:

root@earth:~# grep -v \# tmp.cfg | grep -v ^$
builder = 'hvm'
name = 'jessie-hvm'
vif = [ 'type=ioemu,mac=5a:36:0e:36:00:4f']
vcpus = 64
memory = 1024
disk = [ 'phy:/dev/DATA/jessie,hda,w' ]
on_poweroff = 'destroy'
on_reboot='preserve'
on_crash    = 'preserve'
sdl=0
opengl=0
vnc=1
vncunused=1
vncdisplay=0
vnclisten='0.0.0.0'
boot = 'dc'
xen_platform_pci=1
serial='pty'

Wei.
