Taking this together with

(XEN)  000009e430000-000009e79ffff type=3 attr=000000000000000f

from your later post with a full log, I can't see why /mapbs wouldn't
at least change the picture (I'm not saying everything necessarily
would work with that), yet without a full log thereof I can't judge
whether your claim of that being the case is actually true. In any
event the "reboot=" command line option should allow to overcome
this problem, which is a secondary one only anyway.
