The internal data structure and code are tied to an old gcov format. It's easier to just redo everything from scratch. Salvage the reusable parts: leave xen/common/gcov and an empty Makefile there, leave gcov support in Kconfig but mark that as broken. Also reserve the sysctl number for later use (but delete relevant sysctl structures).
