Stefano, this patch is relying on the bug fix "xen/arm: Register 
re-mapped Xen area as a temporary virtual region" 
<1489483637-27456-1-git-send-email-Wei.Chen@xxxxxxx>. We should avoid to 
commit it before hand as it will break ARM platform.
