[Xen-devel] MiniOS aarch64 support

Hello all,

I want to share my patches for MiniOS, that enables it to work on
ARM64 platforms.
Initial work was done by Chen Baozi, many thanks to him. I just added
context switching
code and some logic to traps handler plus mapping xenbus page.

You can find those patches at [1]. There are two branches:
"arm64-dev-0" without any useful code and "arm64-dev-smc" with my PoC
for SMC handling in stubdomain.

Work is still unfinished and I don't think that I'll continue it. At
least right now, because now I'm working on EL0 apps in XEN.
But, maybe someone will find this patches useful.
