[Xen-devel] Can't ./configure latest git

I just cloned Xen from git, but it won't configure. I have both versions of Python installed, but it tries to use 3 to run 2 code: 

    checking for inttypes.h... yes

    checking for stdint.h... yes

    checking for unistd.h... yes

        import distutils.sysconfig;     print     distutils.sysconfig.get_config_var("VERSION")

                                                      ^

    SyntaxError: invalid syntax

    checking for python-config... /usr/bin/python-config

    checking Python.h usability... yes

    checking Python.h presence... yes

    checking for Python.h... yes

How do I fix this?
